We are a small business and our classes, camps, events, and workshops are set for small groups so we can provide an excellent service, we value our client's compromise and support.
*CANCELLATION POLICY FOR OUR CAMPS.
There will be a $80/child processing fee for all cancellations. ($80/child will be deducted from your refund). Credit Card fees can not be refunded.
-Full Credits/refund for cancellations 14+ business days prior to camp start date (minus $80 processing fee). Credits expire after 1 year.
-50% Credit/refund for cancellations 4-13 business days prior to camp start date. (minus $80 processing fee)
-No credit/refund for cancellations 3 or fewer business days prior to camp start date.
-No refund if the family of camper(s) decides not to come to camp for any reason after the session has started.
*CANCELLATION POLICY FOR OUR PRIVATE WORKSHOPS AND PARTIES
-There is NO refund for no-show participants, we have prepared materials, set up the location and hire the necessary staff for the total party. Payments are due 72 hours before the event which is when you need to confirm the number of participants for your party, no refunds after that.
*CANCELLATION POLICY FOR OUR ADULTS AND CHILDREN CLASSES
-There is NO refund if you decide not to join the class series after enrollment. There is no refund for missing a class. No makeup classes.
-We don't offer refunds if you are not satisfied with the service, instead we try to make it right for you.
