Cancellation Policy
At Ciclo Sewing Lab, we appreciate the commitment and support of our clients. As a small business offering small-group classes, camps, events, and workshops, our policies are designed to ensure we can provide excellent service while managing our resources effectively.
AFTER-SCHOOL CLASSES
- A 10% cancellation fee applies to all after-school class cancellations made up to 14 business days before the start date.
- Cancellations made within 1-14 business days before the start date are non-refundable.
- No credit provided
DAY CAMPS (Including Summer Camp)
- Processing Fee: All camp cancellations are subject to a 10% per-child processing fee, deducted from the refund.
- Transfers: You may transfer to a different week (subject to availability) at no cost up to 14 business days before the camp start date.
Refund and Credit Schedule for Day Camps:
- 14+ Business Days Before Camp Start Date: Full refund or credit minus the 10% processing fee. Credits expire after one year and are non-transferable.
- 4-13 Business Days Before Camp Start Date: 50% refund or credit minus the 10% processing fee. Credits are non-transferable.
- 3 or Fewer Business Days Before Camp Start Date: No refund or credit available.
- After Camp Starts: No refunds or credits are issued if the camper cannot attend for any reason once the session has started. No exceptions.
WORKSHOPS AND PARTIES
- No Refunds for No-Shows: Materials, setup, and staffing are arranged based on the confirmed number of participants.
- No Rescheduling Allowed: No exceptions. No credits. We may be able to make an exception if we are able to fill in your spot.
- Confirmation and Payment: Final payment is due 72 hours before the event, at which point the number of participants must be confirmed. No refunds will be issued after this deadline.
- No credit provided
ADULTS' AND CHILDREN’S CLASSES
- No Refunds for Enrolled Series: Refunds are not offered if you decide not to participate in a class series after enrollment.
- No Refunds for Missed Classes: Makeup classes are not available.
- Service Satisfaction: While we do not issue refunds for dissatisfaction with a class, we are committed to addressing concerns and ensuring a positive experience for our students.
